High production efficiency

The Taoyuan Works utilizes optimized configurations and equipment performance improvements in steelmaking and rolling production lines, and has introduced the world’s most advanced direct rolling process. This has resulted in the production cycle from raw materials to output of finished rebar products to be shortened from more than 3 hours in the past to less than 2 hours, resulting in significant improvements to production efficiency, and making it a specialized rebar manufacturing plant focusing on energy conservation and environmental protection, in addition to production efficiency.
