Tung Ho Steel was originally known as “Tung Ho Hardware,” and had been involved in ship dismantling as well as buying and selling of steel. In 1962, Tung Ho Steel was established, marking the opening of the first H-beam steel plant in Taiwan. This site was also the first steel-rolling plant to consistently utilize continuous casting in production. Moreover, in addition to expanding its primary business in steel, Tung Ho Steel also strives toward progress in several other avenues of business, including steel structures, tin plate, energy, and environmental protection. • Duc Hoa International Joint Stock Company

  Due Hoa International was established in Hai Phong City Vietnam in 2009. It went into mass production in December 2012 with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons. It produces high quality quicklime and limestone powder for steelmaking industry, agriculture industry and aquaculture industry.   In April 2016, after acquiring Fuco Steel (renamed THSVC), Tung Ho Steel actively brought in the ISO 9001:  2015 edition of quality management system counseling. It also engaged Vietnam’s renowned new management consulting and training company, INNMA, to provide education and training on the concept of quality management systems in Chinese and Vietnamese as well as to provide professional coaching. • KATEC CREATIVE RESOURCES CORP.

  Katec Creative Resources Corporation was established in 2006 in Guanyin Township, Taoyuan County. An electric smelting reduction furnace was installed at this site, and through technical cooperation with SPCO of Japan, primary operations revolve around high-temperature melting furnace processing and recycling of scrap materials. The resultant pig iron and crude zinc oxide are then reused to reduce environmental pollution. Katec Creative Resources Corporation has not only succeeded in turning a polluting industry—scrap processing—into a harmless one, but has also achieved a 100% effective recycling rate.
